In level 1 you will receive the following books by Alice Langholt that include readings and guides for your Reiki practice and education.

Practical Reiki Companion: a workbook for use with Practical Reiki: for balance, well-being, and vibrant health. A guide to a simple, revolutionary energy healing method.
There are a total of 3 classes in order to be fully certified up to the master level. Level 2 and Master class dates will be decided as a group at the end of Level 1 to keep the energy of everyone together. Each class will be spaced out at least 2-3 weeks to allow for proper practicing time.
Practical Reiki Level 1
In Practical Reiki Level I, you will learn what Reiki is, where it originated, as well as how "Practical Reiki" came to be. You will learn about "clairs," the Reiki principles, the chakras, how Reiki feels, and how to use Reiki for yourself and for others. At the end of class, you will receive your Practical Reiki Level I attunement, a certificate of completion and instructions on conducting Practical Reiki Level I treatments. A sound bath, using crystal sound bowls correlating to each chakra, will also be offered after the attunement.

Practical Reiki Level 2
In Practical Reiki Level II, you will learn a review of the basics from Level I, and we will discuss additional Reiki practices. We will discuss the importance of energy clearing and protecting. Various ways to cleanse and protect your energy will be shared. At the end of class, you will receive your Practical Reiki Level II attunement, a certificate of completion and instructions on conducting Practical Reiki Level II treatments. A sound bath, using crystal sound bowls correlating to each chakra, will also be offered after the attunement.

Practical Reiki Master Level
In the Practical Reiki Master class, we will review the basics from level 2, learn several new healing practices, and discuss how to attune others. We will also review important considerations when practicing Reiki. At the end of class, you will receive your Practical Reiki Master attunement, a certificate of completion and instructions on conducting Practical Reiki Master treatments. A sound bath, using crystal sound bowls correlating to each chakra, will also be offered after the attunement.
